TONIGHT: Join PCEC and Green Initiative for a screening of Youth v. Gov!
Tonight we are hosting a screening of Youth v. Gov, a documentary film about the young people who are taking on the U.S. Government in a lawsuit on climate change.
Tonight, at the Shane Center, doors will open at 6 p.m., and the film will begin at 6:30 p.m.
The film will be followed by a panel discussion featuring local youth and adults, who are active in helping combat climate change, including a participant in the lawsuit against the Montana state government, which is set to go to trial next month.
Admission is free but donations are encouraged! Proceeds will go towards planning a Youth Climate Summit in Livingston this fall.
Also, this week is Bike, Walk and Roll to School Week!
Students in Livingston are encouraged to bike, walk or roll to school each day.
Students who do so will be eligible for prizes. Raffle tickets will be given to participants at the bike rack on the coordinating day. The prize will be a bike helmet, Dan Bailey's water bottle and Dan Bailey's Gift Certificate.
